甘肃省某三级甲等中医院2012—2016年护理论文发表现状分析与对策

Analysis of the Publishing Status of the Papers on Care from 2012 to 2016 in Gansu Provincial Grade A Class Three TCM Hospital and the Countermeasures

目的:调查甘肃省某三级甲等中医院护理人员近5年论文发表情况,对存在的问题进行分析并提出对策,为中医院护理管理者提供护理科研管理思路及方法。方法:收集2012年1月至2016年12月甘肃省某三级甲等中医院护理人员发表论文,摘录相关信息(作者学历、职称、发表篇数、期刊级别、研究方向等),建立数据库进行统计分析。结果:共发表论文310篇,其中本科学历者发表论文267篇(86.12%);中级职称者发表论文149篇(48.06%);统计源期刊108篇(34.84%);涉及科研基金32篇(10.32%);发表4篇以上者29人,占总篇数的9.35%;中医特色护理80篇(25.80%)。结论:中医护理科研、论文现状与护理人员自身科研能力不足、缺乏规范化写作方法和技巧以及科研环境差有关,导致中医护理论文数量及质量不高,应加强护理科研管理、培训及内部政策引导,重视中医护理科研工作科学化发展。

Objective： To provide the thinking and method of nursing scientific research management for TCM hospital nursing supervisor by investigating the nurses＇ publishing conditions of the papers in recent five years in Gansu Provincial grade A class three TCM hospital, analyzing the existing problems and raising the countermea- sures. Methods： The papers published by the nurses of Gansu provincial hospital of TCM were collected from Jan- uary, 2012 to December, 2016, the related information including the educational background of the author, profes- sional titles, the numbers of the papers, the journal level, research directions and others were recorded to establish the database, and statistically analyzed. Results： Altogether 310 papers were published, among them, there were 267 papers which was published by the authors with bachelor＇s degree, and they held 86.12%; 149 papers published by the authors with middle professional titles and they occupied 48.06%; 108 papers on the journal of statistical sources and 34.84%; 32 papers involving research fund and 10.32%; 29 authors publishing more than four papers, and they occupied 9.35%; 80 papers about TCM featured nursing and they occupied 25.80%. Conclusion： TCM nursing re- search and paper status are related to inadequate research ability of the nurses, lack of normalized writing method and skills and poor research environment, which lead to few TCM nursing papers in low quality, therefore, nursing research management, training and internal policy guide should be enhanced, and scientific development of TCM nurs- ing research should be valued.
