三黄膏外敷治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on SanHuang Ointment for External Use in the Treatment for Superficial Thrombophlebitis of Lower Limbs

目的:观察三黄膏外敷治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:将下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者170例随机分为治疗组和对照组各85例。对照组给予活血、消肿及抗炎等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予三黄膏外敷治疗,治疗1周后比较2组患者临床疗效及症状体征改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.6%,高于对照组的83.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄膏外敷治疗血栓性浅静脉炎疗效优于常规治疗,而且症状改善明显。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects of SanHuang ointment for external use in treating superfi- cial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs. Methods： All 170 patients weer randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 85 cases each group. The patients in the control group adopted routine treatment to promote blood circulation, reduce the swelling and anti-inflammation, and the treatment group were given SanHuang ointment for ex- ternal use based on the treatment the control group accepted, clinical effects of both groups and the improvements of the symptoms and body signs of both groups were compared after treating in one week. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.6%, higher than 83.5% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effects of SanHuang ointment for external use in treating superficial throm- bophlebitis of lower limbs are superior to the effects of routine treatment, and the symptoms improve notably.
