难复性寰枢椎脱位围手术期护理体会

Nursing Experience for Irreducible Atlantoaxial Dislocation during Perioperative Period

目的:探讨难复性寰枢椎脱位的围手术期护理,提出针对性的护理措施。方法:对难复性寰枢椎脱位患者25例给予针对性的围手术期护理及功能锻炼指导,预防手术并发症。结果:所有患者手术均获得成功,术后均无颈髓和神经根损伤,无植骨块脱落、肺不张及切口感染等并发症。术前焦虑发生率仅为8.0%(2/25),术后功能锻炼掌握率为84.0%。结论:做好围手术期病情观察,给予精心细致的专科护理,是预防术后并发症,提高手术成功率的关键。

Objective： To explore perioperative nursing for irreducible atlantoaxial dislocation （IAAD） and raise the corresponding nursing measures. Methods： All 25 IAAD patients were given corresponding perioperative nursing and functional exercise guidance to prevent the complications of the surgery. Results： All the operation fin- ished successfully, and no complications such as the injury of cervical cord and nerve root, hone graft dropping, at- electasis, incisional infection and others happened after the operation, the incidence of preoperative anxiety was 8.0% and the grasping rate of postoperative functional exercise was 84.0%. Conclusion： Corresponding nursing in- tervention measures, perioperative disease observation and giving meticulous professional care are the keys of pre- venting postoperative complications and raising the surgery success rate.
