中医外治法干预小儿功能性消化不良的研究

Study on TCM External Treatment in the Intervention of the Children with Functional Dyspepsia

从中医对小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的认识、儿科运用中医外治法现状、临床常用干预小儿FD的中医外治法3方面入手对中医外治法治疗小儿功能性消化不良的文献报道进行分析,指出中医外治法在小儿FD的治疗方面以其疗效佳、无毒副作用、安全易行、依从性好等特点易被广大家长及儿童所接受。但存在一些问题。因此,应将辨证分型及治疗方案规范化,制定临床评价标准;多方位探讨中医外治法干预FD的机制,加强实验研究,动态观察远期疗效及复发率;根据临床患儿的需求及现有治疗FD的方法途径,多种方法联合使用以达到更好的疗效,在今后的研究中,应当进行一些多中心大样本临床研究及微观的基础研究,深入探讨中医外治法对FD的干预作用及机制研究,为小儿功能性消化不良的治疗寻找最佳方案,提高治愈率。

The literature and reports about TCM external treatment in treating children with FD were summa- rized and analyzed from the understanding to the children with FD from TCM, current state of TCM external treat- ment in the pediatric department and commonly-used TCM external treatment for the children with FD in clinic, it was pointed out that TCM external treatment was acceptable to most of the parents and children since it owned the advantages of better effects, without toxic and adverse reactions, being safe and feasible, good dependence and oth- ers. But at the same time, there still were some problems. Therefore, syndrome differentiation and patterns, therapeu- tic regimen should be standardized, the criteria for clinical assessment should be established; the mechanism of TCM external treatment intervening FD should be explored from many aspects, experimental studies should be enhanced, to observe long-term effects and relapse rate dynamically; according to the requirements of the children in clinic and current FD therapeutic methods, the combination of many methods were used to achieve better effects, in future studies, multi-center large sample clinical studies and micro fundamental studies should be launched to further dis- ease the intervention effects of TCM external treatment on FD and study its mechanism, hence, to find the optimal regimens for the children with FD, and increase cure rate.
