吉西他滨血药浓度监测的临床应用研究进展

Research Advances on Clinical Application of Monitoring of Gemcitabine Serum Concentration

吉西他滨是抗代谢类抗肿瘤化疗药物,对于晚期非小细胞肺癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤均具有良好的疗效,但其临床疗效及血液毒性存在个体化差异。研究表明吉西他滨血药浓度与临床疗效和血液毒性具有一定的相关性。本文主要就近年来吉西他滨血药浓度相关的研究进展进行了综述,总结目前临床吉西他滨血药浓度的测定方法、血药浓度与血液毒性及临床疗效相关性等研究,总结吉西他滨的临床应用经验。

Gemcitabine is an antimetabolite that has shown good curative effects on NSCLC and pancreatic cancer, breast cancer. But it also showed individual differences in clinical curative effect and hematological toxicity. Previous researches showed that there was a re- lationship between the serum concentration of gemcitabine and clinical efficacy and hematological toxicity. In this article, we reviewed the research on gemcitabine serum concentration, summarized the monitoring methods of its serum concentration, and the research on the rela- tionship between gemcitabine serum concentration and its clinical efficacy and hematological toxicity.
