摘要 目的:以臀肌群为例,探讨128层螺旋CT测量骨骼肌体积的可行性。方法:将横轴位臀肌群CT扫描原始数据输入后处理工作站,应用CT阈值法测量软件对骨骼肌的三维形态进行重建,由软件计算骨骼肌体积。由两名操作者分别进行处理,操作者1于一周后重复此过程,比较不同操作者间及同一操作者在不同时间点测量的可靠性。结果:臀肌群三维形态显示良好,符合解剖学所见。研究中在组内和组间测量上均显示了很高的可靠性。臀肌群体积存在性别及年龄差异。结论:128层螺旋CT应用CT值阈值法测量骨骼肌体积简便、直观、可重复性强,可作为骨骼肌体积评价的影像学手段。 Purpose: To explore the feasibility and reliability of muscle volume measurement using 128-slice spiral CT. Methods: Raw axial CT data of gluteal were transported into post-processing workstation, and the three- dimension shape of muscle was reconstructed by software based on CT value threshold, then the muscle volume was calculated. This process was performed by 2 operators independently, and operator 1 repeat this process 1 week later. Intraclass correlation coefficient was calculated. Results: Three-dimension shape of gluteal was well demonstrated and corresponded well to the known anatomy. The measurement showed very good reliability in inter- and intra- observer. There were statistical differences between gluteal in different gender and age. Conclusion: 128-slice CT measurement based on CT value threshold can evaluate the muscle volume conveniently and directly, and could be used as a first choicefor muscle volume evaluation.
