不同温度膀胱冲洗液对减少前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛疗效的系统评价 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]评价应用不同温度膀胱冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛的疗效。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Springer Link,纳入有关不同温度膀胱冲洗液对TURP术后膀胱痉挛影响的随机对照试验(RCT)。经文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,对纳入研究进行定性分析。[结果]共纳入9个RCT,涉及1 228例病人,根据Cochrane系统评价员手册5.1版偏倚风险评估标准对文献进行评价,其中5篇文献质量较高,4篇文献质量较低。由于纳入研究间的同质性较差,本研究仅采用描述性分析。结果显示:应用35℃~37℃的冲洗液进行TURP术后膀胱冲洗可有效减少膀胱痉挛及膀胱出血发生率,减轻痉挛程度。[结论]TURP术后给予35℃~37℃的膀胱冲洗液能有效减少术后并发症的发生。 Objective:To evaluate statistically the curative effect of different temperatures of bladder rinse for bladder spasm after transurethral prostate resection.Methods:Cochrane library,Chinese biomedical literature database,Chinese science and technology periodical database,a database of ten thousand,PubMed and Springer were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCT) were included on the effect of different temperatures of bladder rinse for bladder spasm after transurethral prostate resection.The qualitative analysis of the included studies was carried out after literature selection,data extraction and quality evaluation.Results:Participants included 9 randomized controlled trials with a total of 1228 cases.According to the Cochrane systematic review manual version 5.1 risk of bias assessment standards,5 papers belonged to higher quality,and 4 papers belonged to low quality.Because of the poor homogeneity of the study,this research only used the descriptive analysis.Results showed that 35 ℃ to 37 ℃ fluid compared with other temperatures of fluid could reduce efficiently the incidence of bladder spasm,spasm degree,bleeding complications and incidence of bladder bleeding.Conclusion:The 35 ℃ to 37 ℃ temperature of bladder rinses for bladder irrigation could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications after transurethral prostate resection.
