全日制教育硕士培养“双导师制”的思考 被引量:1

摘要 学生教学实践能力的强弱在相当程度上取决于导师队伍教学经验和研究能力的状况。当前,我国高校在全日制教育硕士培养中普遍建立了以校内导师指导为主、校外导师参与教育教学实践指导工作的双导师制。这一制度虽然在提高全日制教育硕士培养质量方面发挥了重要而积极的作用,但其在实践中还存在着若干问题亟待解决。本文从分析教育硕士双导师制的内涵入手,探究了目前全日制教育硕士双导师培养模式中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议。 The allocation of the teaching practice ability of students is largely determined by the state of tu- tors' teaching experience and research capability.In moden society,almost all the universities and colleges set up the double tutorial system, which relies mainly on the instruction work of their own tutors in the university and those outside who participate in the educational teaching practice as well.Although the system has played a positive and important role in improving the educational quality, there still have some obstacles to cope with in reality.The thesis is designed to analyze the contents of double tutorial system for M.Ed, figuring out the key problems on the teaching style, and provide some prescriptions and countermeasures.
