The ＂survival and development＂ of Anshan Radio and Television Station has become a subject of concern when the media has entered into the era of mass media.As a traditional municipal Television Station, Anshan Radio and Television Station itself has some problems in the program content construction, such as the outdated content of the program, improper arrangement, communication platform. Therefore, this topic through the SWOT analysis, to explore the development of new strategies, is designed to provide some advice for the fu- ture survival and development of Anshan Radio and Television Station.
