Material Collection, Arrangement and Utilization of the Anti-Japanese War in West Yunnan

基于图书馆特色资源建设理论的视角,深入挖掘整理滇西抗战资料具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。对于如何收集、整理和利用,提出"20个1"的资源建设目标、具体实施步骤与措施,着力处理好图书馆、档案馆等部门如何在利用滇西抗战特色资料服务好滇西高校科学研究、学科建设、教学工作,在服务于滇西边疆地方经济社会发展和融入国家宏观战略的同时,不断完善、提升服务质量和水平,实现自身的特色发展之路。并在此基础上,提出合作共建、全方位高标准和数字化发展方向的建议和意见。

It is of great theoretical and practical value to explore and arrange the materials of the Anti-Japanese War in West Yunnan from the perspective of the theory of characteristic resource construction of Library. This paper proposes resource construction goal and implementation steps of ＂20 Ones＂, investigates methods of libraries, archives and other departments to serve the scientific research, discipline construction and teaching work in the universities in West Yunnan by taking advantages of the special Anti-Japanese War materials, and the approaches to constantly improve service quality and realize characteristic development while serving the local economic and social development in West Yunnan and integrating into the national strategy. On this basis, the paper provides a few suggestions on cooperation, high standard and digital development.
