跨学科构建生态安全与屏障建设的理论与实践是当前生态文明建设的重点之一。从国家视角反思和丰富生态文明理论与方法,基于区域生态差异性现状,对环境资源优势和生态脆弱性进行综合分析,并制定科学的地方生态实践模式,重视实践,实现理论与实践相结合。同时,挖掘地方性知识和国家政策的融合维度,使地方性知识服务于国家生态文明建设,有助于发挥国家—基层不同建设主体的积极性和主动性,实现广泛的深度合作,避免国家政策和地方实践的对立分化,从而保障生态文明建设和生态安全屏障建设实践的可持续发展。

The theory and practice of interdisciplinary ecological safety and barrier construction is one of the focuses of current ecological civilization construction. In this paper, the author reflects and enriches the theory and method of ecological civilization from the perspective of the state, the advantages of environmental resources and ecological vulnerability are comprehensively analyzed based on the status quo of regional ecological diversity, and a scientific local ecological practice model is formulated. At the same time, the author the fusion dimension of local knowledge and national policy to make local knowledge serve the construction of national ecological civilization. It is helpful to give full play to the initiative and initiative of different construction subjects at the national and grassroots levels, and to achieve extensive and deep cooperation, avoid the opposition differentiation of state policy and local practice so as to ensure the sustainable development of ecological civilization construction and ecological security barrier construction.
