云南的生物种类和生态系统类型极为丰富,是我国重要的生物多样性宝库和西南生态安全屏障。目前,云南存在国土生态安全、水资源生态安全、林业生态安全、生物多样性安全等重要生态安全问题,云南的生态环境危机直接影响到我国的生态安全屏障建设进程,并对我国在南亚东南亚国家的生态安全形象造成影响。在"一带一路"战略背景下,推进云南生态安全和生态屏障建设,保障我国重要生态环境资源安全和西南跨境生态安全,对实现云南生态文明建设排头兵的总体目标和维系国家整体生态安全具有重大战略意义。

The types of species and ecosystem in Yunnan are extremely rich, and it is an important treasure house of biological diversity and a barrier of ecological security in Southwest China. At present, Yunnan has some important ecological security problems, such as land ecological security, ecological security of water resources, forestry ecological security and biodiversity security. The ecological environment crisis in Yunnan has a direct impact on the process of ecological security barrier construction in China, and h on the ecological security image of China in South Asia and Southeast Asian countries. Under the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy, it is of great significance for the realization of the overall goals of ecological security in Yunnan and maintaining the overall ecological security of China to promote ecological security and ecological barrier construction in Yunnan, promote China＇s important ecological environment resources security and transboundary eco security in Southwest China.
