On the Nature of the Autonomy of Regional National Autonomy System in China

我国民族区域自治制度中的自治权,是在中国共产党领导中国革命和建设事业的历史中凝结而成,来源于我国全体人民的普遍共识,是实行自治民族的特有权利。这个权利在当代的核心内容是中国实行自治的少数民族的发展权,国家和国际社会都应当承担相应的义务,以促成这个发展权的实现。

The autonomy of regional national auto history of the Chinese Communist Party leading nomy system of China was established in the the Chinese revolution and construction. It originates from the general consensus of all the people in our country and is a unique right of the autonomous nationality. The core of this right in the contemporary era is the right to the development of the autonomous minority nationalities in China, the country and international community should take the responsibility to contribute to the development of the right.
