通过探讨转型发展下保山学院对人才培养方案在凸显专业特色、优化课程体系和课程设置、构建实践教学体系、完善人才培养模式和通识课程改革方面的经验和做法,以期为转型发展下地方新建本科院校人才培养方案的修订和完善提供借鉴。

This paper studies the experience and practice of the talents training program of Baoshan University in highlighting professional features, optimizing the curriculum system and curriculum settings, building practical teaching system, improving the talents training model and general curriculum reform in order to provide reference for the revision and improvement of the talents training program of newly established local universities under transformation al development.
