摘要
本文以某沿海修船基地为例,通过明确战略目标,完善流程体系,健全岗位职责,塑造企业文化四个方面进行精细化管理,从而提升修船厂的核心竞争力。
Taking one coastal repair base as an example, this essay elaborates the concept and importance of delicacy management. It is suggested to carry out delicacy management from four aspects, clearing strategic objectives, perfectionizing the process system, improving the job responsibilities and shaping the corporate culture, so as to enhance the core competitive- ness of the shipyard.
