在国际商务活动中,越来越多的用到法律文献进行商务交际与谈判,作为一个重要语言工具,国际商务英语的法律文献翻译从法律上规定了商务活动中的权利与义务,文章进一步从法律文献的翻译角度探讨国际商务英语,不仅要保留法律特征,也要语言通畅无误。

The English legal document is an important tool for people to implement interna- tional business activities. The legal document in international business has a very technical trait. The aim of this thesis is to further explore the language features and translation stand- ard of legal documents in international business, in order to faithfully manifest the meaning, retain the legal features and make the target language precise and formal.
