To Cultivate Skilled Talents through Skills Training and Social Practice

实践育人是新形势下教育方式的创新与发展,高职院校承担着培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型专门人才的任务,其育人方式必须结合高职的育人性质,立足于实践。多年来,武汉铁路职业技术学院每年组织学生参加铁路春运暑运,在春运暑运的社会实践中构建了育人体系,取得了较好的成效。

Cultivating skilled talents through social practice is the innovation of education un- der the new situation. Higher vocational colleges take the responsibility of cultivating skilled professional talents which can meet demand in production, construction, service and manage- ment. Due to the characteristics of higher vocational education, the talents training mode should be based on social practice. This essay introduces the successful experience of Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology in cultivating professional talents through social practice in railway transportation.
