高校在育人过程中,应该有自己的个性和办学特色,而这种特色会成为该校育人的优势,而从学生身上展现出来的个性特点又成为人们了解、评价学校育人质量的窗口。融入地方特色文化,构建自己的思想政治教育模式,提升学校的办学质量与学校的持续发展,意义重大。

Colleges and universities are supposed to possess their own characteristics during their talents training process, which can be their advantage in talents training. It is from those characteristics that people get to know and evaluate their talents training quality. It is of great significance to construct an ideological and political education mode with local cultur- al characteristics, so as to improve the school-running quality and ensure the sustainable de- velopment of colleges.
