Application of Fully Premixed DLN2.6+ Combustor in China

在我国,已建成投产的GE公司9F级燃气轮机电站中,目前普遍采用标准型DLN2.6+燃烧器。考虑到机组启动过程燃烧火焰的稳定性,标准型DLN2.6+燃烧器保留了D5扩散燃烧通道作为值班火焰,这导致机组启停过程中仍存在较为明显的冒黄烟现象。在原有标准型DLN2.6+燃烧器基础上,GE公司推出了全预混DLN2.6+燃烧器,取消了D5扩散燃烧通道,机组全过程采用预混燃烧模式,取得了较好的社会效益。

The standard DLN2.6＋ combustor is commonly applied in GE 9Fgas turbines of power plants in China.Considering the stability of the combustion flame during unit start-up,standard DLN2.6＋ combustor reserved D5 diffusion gas pipe for pilot flame,which generates yellow smoke when the gas turbine starts.Based on the fundamentals of standard DLN2.6＋combustor,GE company introduced fully premixed DLN2.6＋ combustor and canceled the D5 diffusion gas pipe.Gas turbine can be running on premix mode all the time,and has acquired better social and economic benefits.There are only two plants using this new type combustor in the world,and Yuyao is the only one in China.
