摘要
目的探讨集团化医院同质护理管理的效果。方法以江苏大学附属医院为核心,整合另3所医院及7个社区医疗服务中心共11个医疗机构为江滨医疗集团,以核心医院护理管理质量为参照,对医疗集团全体成员单位的护理管理人员、护理质量及患者满意度进行评估及针对性培训,各项措施落实到位,并不断完善,实施3年后评价效果。结果集团化整合护理管理实施后,护士长综合能力、临床护理质量与患者满意度显著优于实施前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论医疗机构纵向整合后进行同质护理管理有利于被整合单位护理人员素质的提高和护理质量的提升,达到同质化护理管理,从而全面提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore strategies for ensuring homogeneity in nursing management for group hospitals and to evaluate the effect. Methods The Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University was served as the core, and another 3 hospitals and 7 community healthcare centers were combined or pooled together to form the Jiangbin Medical Group. Using the core hospital's nursing quality as the standard, target training was provided for all group hospitals'nursing managers, quality of nursing care and patient satisfac- tion were assessed, and then measures were taken and continuously improved. Effect was measured after 3 years of the interven tion. Results Comprehensive ability of head nurses, quality of nursing care, and patient satisfaction were significantly improved af ter the intervention (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Ensuring homogeneity in nursing management for group hospitals can en- hance quality of nursing staff and nursing care, and increase patient satisfaction.
