眼科住院患者关怀护理体验的质性研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的了解眼科住院患者对人文关怀护理的感知,为完善眼科关怀护理提供参考。方法抽取11例眼科住院患者进行半结构式深度访谈,了解其对人文关怀护理行为的真实情感体验;采用Colaizzi分析方法对资料进行分析整理,提炼主题。结果细致周到、暖心沟通、心理支持、解除病痛、保护隐私、操作熟练、专业指导和生活照顾被眼科患者认为是最具关怀性的8项护理行为。结论患者在眼科住院期间有良好的人文关怀护理体验。眼科患者为视觉障碍及心理敏感群体,将人文关怀贯穿治疗护理全程并不断完善是眼科护理人员的责任。 Objective To investigate perceptions of human caring among ophthalmologic patients, and to provide evidence for im provement of nursing care in ophthalmology department. Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted on 11 oph- thalmologic patients to collect their perceptions of human caring. Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi analysis method. Results Eight behaviors were considered as the most humanistic caring behaviors, including carefulness and thoughtfulness, warm-hearted communication, psychological support, pain relief, privacy protection, skilled operation, professional guidance, and daily life care. Conclusion The ophthalmologic patients have good experience of human caring. Because patients have visual disorders and are sensi rive, nurses should provide humanistic care and continuously improve quality of service.
