大学生人文素养的现状与提升策略——以东北大学为例

On How to Improve College Students' Humanistic Quality

高校应围绕立德树人根本任务,高度重视大学生人文素养教育如将人文素质教育融入专业教育中,双管齐下,实现科学精神与人文素养的统一;开展人文素质选修课,搭建大学生人文素质选修课群;将毕业生德育答辩与用人单位招聘中的素质测试加入大学生人文素养评价体系,激励大学生提升个人修养和文化素养;打造良好的校园"硬环境"、"软环境"和"网环境",烘托和谐的校园人文氛围。

The fundamental task of creating morally upright talents requires colleges and universities to lay great emphasis on the improvement of students＇ humanistic quality.They should combine humanistic quality education with academic education to achieve a union of scientific spirit and humanistic quality,offer a cluster of optional humanities courses,include morality defense of graduating students and and the aptitude tests for recruitment in the humanistic quality appraisal system and encourage students to pay more attention to their self-cultivation and cultural literacy.Efforts should also be made in creating a harmonious humanistic atmosphere on campus with good ＂hard environment＂,＂soft environment＂and＂net environment＂.
