On the Use of Big Data in Providing Precise Assistance for Needy College Students

大数据的应用对助推贫困大学生就业精准帮扶提高了科学决策水平、转变了就业帮扶观念、培养了互动指导模式进而提升了贫困大学生就业率;但也存在理念滞后、人才短缺、制度缺失等问题,严重制约了其精准帮扶的效能。树立数据意识,推进大数据体系建设;着力培养人才,提升大数据应用能力;优化对接环节,助推大数据精准帮扶等是应对大数据助推贫困大学生就业精准帮扶应用问题的有效思路。

Colleges and universities can improve the employment rate of needy college graduates by using big data to make assistance-granting decisions more scientific and precise,to update people＇s ideas about employment assistance and to create an interactive model of employment guidance.However,the effect of big data is seriously restricted by backward notions,shortage of talent and absence of system.Colleges and universities ought to increase their consciousness of the importance of data and speed up their construction of big data system,improve students＇ ability to use big data and make good use of big data so they can provide precise assistance for needy college students.
