设岗定责式大学生党员实践教育模式创新——以“知行合医”大学生党员实践教育活动为例

Creating a New Model for College Student Party Members' Practical Education

设岗定责式大学生党员实践教育活动存在内容局限、目标笼统、引导不足、机制不完善等问题。结合工作实践,设计"知行合医"党员实践教育活动,使大学生党员党性修养得以提升,综合素质得到加强,活动考核机制的作用得以彰显。活动也存在一定不足,如部分党员主动性不足,网络学习平台作用发挥尚显乏力,党员模范作用仍需提升等。应进一步激发学生党员参与活动的深层次动力,充分挖掘网络学习平台的教育价值,进一步优化学生党员实践任务的结构。

The effect of practical education activities for college Party members at present is limited by the narrowness in content,ambiguity in purpose,lack of guidance and imperfection of mechanism.This paper offers a new model for college Party members＇ practical education which combines the knowing and doing of the medical students.The new way proves to be effective in enhancing the students＇ Party spirit and comprehensive quality and the evaluation mechanism also plays an active part.However,problems still exist.For example,some members lack initiative and are not strongly aware of their exemplary role,and the E-learning platform remains to be improved.Colleges and universities need to inspire student Party members＇ in-depth motivation,fully exploit the value of the E-learning platform and further optimize the structure of the members＇ practical tasks.
