蒙餐汉译及英译对比研究

摘要 蒙餐的英译研究对于少数民族文化的对外宣传具有重要意义。无论是蒙餐的汉译还是英译,译者都需要考虑到餐名的实质内容,还要尽可能地照顾到受众的认知以及心理,兼顾不同文化间的差异,并以此来加强交流、弘扬民族文化,并促进地区经济的发展。 The English translation of Mongolian dish names is enlightened for the translation study of minority culture in China. This research analyze the forming ways of Mongolian dish names and make a comparison to Chinese versions. And Chinese is used as an interlanguage to study how to translate them in- to English together with different cultures. As a translator, one should take real materials, cognition and psychological activities into consideration in order to strengthen communication in cultural exchanges with other countries, promote national culture, and boost the local economy.
