摘要
针对某车型摆臂总成路试过程中的异常断裂问题,通过分析确定此次异常为疲劳断裂,然后根据断裂位置及CAE分析结果,布置应力应变传感器,进行整车道路载荷谱采集测试。通过雨流数据处理及疲劳损伤分析,确定摆臂断裂原因,解决摆臂断裂问题,为今后其他项目的问题排查及分析提供指导。
Aiming at the abnormal fracture of swing arm in the process of road test, it was determined as a fatigue fracture through analy- sis. Then, according to the fracture location and CAE analysis results, the stress and strain sensors were arranged to carry out the vehicle road load spectrum acquisition test. Through the rain data processing and fatigue damage analysis, the cause of the ann fraeture was determined and the problem of swing arm fracture was solved. It provides guidance for future troubleshooting and analysis for other projects.
