摘要
应用拓扑优化设计方法对某型工程车的车身悬置支座进行优化设计,得到一款造型美观、材料最省、成本低、强度和刚度性能优的车身悬置支座。表明拓扑优化设计对于汽车零部件的轻量化设计意义重大,可以实现以最少的材料、最低的成本达到最优的结构性能的目的。
The topology optimization design method was used to optimize the design of the body mount support of a certain engineering vehicle. A mount support with attractive appearance, material saving, low cost, excellent strength and stiffness was gotten. It is shown that the topology optimization design is of great significance for the lightweight design of automotive parts, the goal that achieving the best structural performance with minimal material and lowest cost is realized.
