摘要
基于优化设计理论与实践应用要求,对手动移车器结构进行改进设计,实现可折叠功能;并利用三维设计软件SolidWorks对各个部件进行合理布局与实体建模,实现折叠式移车器的功能价值;利用SolidWorks软件中的Simulation设计分析模块对折叠式手动移车器结构的主要部件进行结构分析,分析结果满足材料的强度极限要求。
Structural improvement of a car moving device was finished based on the optimization design theory and practical application requests to obtain the folding function. In order to achieve the functional value of folding car moving device, the rational arrangement of all the components and solid modeling were completed by using SolidWorks. Finally, the structural analysis of the main components of the folding car moving device was made based on the Solidworks-Simulation analysis module. The analysis results show it meet the requirements of the ultimate strength of the material.
