抗菌银离子敷料和普朗特液体敷料治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

Efficacy of Antibacterial Silver Ion Dressing Combined with Prandtl Liquid Dressing in Treatment of Diabetic Foot Disease

目的:评价抗菌银离子敷料和普朗特液体敷料治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:纳入2013年8月-2016年8月在兵器工业521医院和广州市花都区人民医院内分泌科住院治疗的糖尿病足患者120例,随机分为抗菌银离子敷料和普朗特液体敷料治疗组(A组)、普朗特液体敷料治疗组(B组)和传统敷料治疗组(C组),各40例。比较三组的清创天数、肉芽组织生长天数以及上皮形成天数。结果:A组患者的清创天数、肉芽组织生长天数以及上皮形成天数均短于B组和C组,A组的总有效率为92.5%,显著高于B组(62.5%)和C组(45.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗菌银离子敷料具有杀菌作用,普朗特液体敷料具有促进伤口愈合、减轻疼痛等作用,两种敷料联合用于糖尿病足患者,可显著改善疗效。

Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of antibacterial silver ion dressing and prandtl liquid dressing for patients with diabetic foot.Method：120 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Weapon Industry 521 Hospital and Huadu District of Guangzhou People＇s Hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were randomly selected and divided into antibacterial silver ion dressing and prandtl liquid dressing treatment group（group A）,prandtl liquid dressing treatment group（group B） and the traditional dressing treatment group（group C）,40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the time of debridement,the time of occurrence of granulation tissue,the time of epithelialization between the three groups were compared.Result：The time of debridement,time of occurrence of granulation tissue,time of epithelialization in the group A were shorter than those in group B and group C,the total effective rate of group A was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 62.5% and 45.0% of group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Antibacterial silver ion dressing has a bactericidal effect,prandtl liquid dressing canpromote wound healing,reduce pain and other effects,two dressing combination for patients with diabetic foot,can improve curative effect.
