摘要
智慧城市作为城市发展的新方向,也是河北省各县市发展的新机遇。基于对河北省国家智慧城市试点建设实践情况的统计分析,梳理河北省智慧城市试点空间分布及项目侧重维度,研究了智慧城市建设的总体发展态势,探索其顶层设计与项目实践的差异,剖析智慧城市试点建设发展中存在的问题,提出在京津冀协同发展战略背景下,河北省智慧城市试点建设应因地制宜、统筹创新的策略,旨在为深化推进城市群智慧城市规划建设提供合理化建议。
As a new direction of urban development, smart city is also a new opportunity in the development in Hebei Province. Based on the statistical analysis of construction practice in the national wisdom pilot project and the distribution of pilot project space, the overall development situation is studied in the construction of smart city, and the difference is explored between the top level design and project practice. What is more, the existing problems are analyzed in the development of pilot wisdom city construction. Besides, in the background of collaborative development strategy among Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei Province, overall innovation strategy is put forward in the construction of wisdom pilot city in Hebei province, which aims to promote the urban construction among smart cities planning for further rational advice.
