High Efficient Utilization of Roaster Flue Gas and Waste Heat

摘要 焙烧炉、空压机等发热设备运行过程中产生大量热量排放至空气当中,造成大量能量浪费。目前余热利用已广泛应用于各类发热设备的能量节约项目当中。现有模式将烟气热量利用余热锅炉转化为热水中的热量,再利用热水进入水暖系统用来采暖或其他用途。此方法水管容易结垢堵塞、破裂,对循环水要求较高,通过热水采暖,热量需经过三次热介质的热量交换才能取到采暖效果,本文主要介绍烟气直接采暖高效利用的模式以及优点。 A lot of heat caused by roaster,air compressor and other heat-generating devices results in a lot of energy waste. Now waste heat utilization equipment has been widely used in various heating energy saving project. The available model is that flue gan heat is transformed waste heat into hot water heat using boiler,then the hot water is carried into hot water system for heating or other application. This method is easy to cause scaling,blocking and pipe rupture,and needs higher requirements for circulating water.However,if the hot water heat applied in the heating,the heat needs three heat exchange of medium get to the heating effect. The paper describes the efficient utilization of direct flue gas heating mode and its advantages.
