摘要
近年来,随着互联网的发展,传统企业逐步向互联网转型,如何帮助企业客户更好地开展业务并提升核心竞争力,成为电信运营商及互联网服务提供商亟待探索和解决的关键问题,从运营商角度来看,企业通信业务核心需求涵盖了企业级的音视频通话能力、高清视频会议、协同办公以及网络能力开放等内容,对企业市场及产业情况、企业通信产品需求及定位等方面进行了分析,为电信运营商后续部署企业融合通信业务提出了发展建议。
In recent years, with the development of Internet, traditional enterprises have gradually transferred to the Internet enterprise. How to help enterprise customers improving the level of a high degree of business core competiveness, is the key issues of the telecom operators and internet service providers need to explore and solve. From the operator point of view, the core needs of enterprise communication services should include enterprise-class audio and video call capabilities, video conference systems, collaborative office and openness of network capabilities. It mainly analyzes the key problems of market and industry environment, orientation of the enterprise integrated communications product, finally provide strategic advices for development strategies of the enterprise communication services.
