摘要
研究了TA15钛合金电子束焊接接头的高周疲劳性能和疲劳断口的金相组织,得到TA15钛合金棒状母材和2种电子束焊接接头的中值疲劳寿命,计算得到了电子束焊接接头99%可靠度和95%置信度水平上的安全疲劳寿命,分析了断口金相组织结构对疲劳性能的影响。研究结果可对TA15钛合金电子束焊接接头结构的工程应用提供参考。
High cycle fatigue properties and micmstmctum of fatigue fracture of Electron beam welded joint of TA15 titanium alloy are studied in this paper. The median fatigue life of material and electron beam welded joint of TA15 titanium alloy are gained by test, and the safety fatigue life on 99% reliability and 95% confidence is gained by calculation. The effects of fracture microstructure on fatigue property are analyzed. The research results are useful for project application of electron beam welded joint of TA15 titanium alloy.
