摘要
锁紧横梁是四立柱结构试验机重要零件之一。以1000k N四立柱试验机锁紧横梁为研究对象,利用INVENTOR建立了锁紧横梁的三维模型,利用ANSYS-WORKBENCH对锁紧横梁的锁紧状态进行静力学结构分析,得到了锁紧横梁在锁紧状态下的应力和变形云图,得到的应力超过了材料的屈服极限,材料产生弹塑性变形。对锁紧横梁进行了结构尺寸改进,改进后的锁紧横梁应力低于屈服极限,满足设计要求。本文为锁紧横梁的设计提供了仿真分析方法。
Locked beam is one of the important parts of testing machine with four-bar framework. 3D model of locked beam of a 1000kN testing machine with four-bar framework is established by INVENTOR, and ANSYS-WORKBENCH is used to analyze the static mechanics of the locked beam in locked state. The stress and deformation of locked beam in locked state are obtained, and the obtained stress is larger than the yield limit of material, so the elastic-plastic deformation occuned. Then, the structure and size of locked beam are improved, and the stress of improved locked beam is smaller than the yield limit of material, which can meet the design requirements. The paper provides simulation analysis method for the design of locked beam.
