摘要
根据某飞行台被试发动机试验要求,针对该阶段试验过程中所需测试参数多、类型复杂、信号采样频率差别大、数据流量大等特点,在网络化分布式数据采集系统构架基础上,设计完成了一套机载数据处理流程及系统。文章介绍了该机载数据处理系统的结构、数据处理流程、方式、实现方法及功能特点。试验表明,该机载试验数据处理系统能够满足某发动机飞行台试飞过程中测试及监控、数据处理分析要求,具有较高的效率。
Based on the network distributing data collection system structure, an airborne data processing system is designed after analyzing the testing requirements according to the characteristics of the large number parameters, the vast difference in signal acquisition rate and the big data flux. The structure, the processes, the implementation and the functional characteristics are introduced in the paper. The tests indicate that the airborne data processing system can meet the requirements of testing, monitoring and data processing of the flight test bed, and has higher efficiency.
