大跨度复杂单层网壳钢结构的嵌补托换技术研究

摘要 天津市于家堡交通枢纽站房屋面为贝壳形大跨度单层网壳钢结构。为保证卸载过程的顺利进行,针对该结构的具体施工方案,提出了托换卸载施工技术。即利用ANSYS有限元软件对托换过程中的胎架应力、杆件应力以及结构的稳定性进行分析计算,同时采用均匀对称的托换方式,保证了构件在托换过程中受力的均匀转换和稳定。实践证明,该施工技术简便易行,可有效保证该类复杂结构卸载过程的安全进行。 The roofing of Yujiabao transportation hub station in Tianjing is a shell-shaped large-span complex and monolayer reticulated shell steel structure. In order to guarantee a smooth process of unloading, the underpinning unloading construction technology has been put forward on the basis of specific construction scheme of such structure. That is to use ANSYS finite element software to analyze and calculate formwork stress, bar stress and stabilization of structure in the process of underpinning, and also to use a balanced and symmetrical underpinning method to ensure a uniform and stable conversion of the stress components in the process of underpinning. The practice proves that such construction technology is simple and easy, and can effectively guarantee a safe unloading of such complex structure.
