摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)是目前最先进的用于建筑行业进行工程管理的技术。文章从我国的政策支持、目前可以采用的软件、可以达到的功能等方面论证了这一技术的先进性、合理性,同时也提出了在实际的项目管理中还存在如缺少制度保障、收益结果失衡、资金时间成本投入等问题,并针对上述问题进行分析,给出了此后发展的建议。
BIM is the most advanced engineering management technology used in construction industry at present. The technology advance- ment and rationality have been demonstrated according to policy supporting of our country, the software to be used and the achieved func- tion . Meanwhile it is found that the problems such as the lack of institutional guarantee , the imbalances of earning results, the cost of money and time were existed in the actual project management. , Suggestions have been provided for future referuce based oll the above a- nalysis.
