以泉州中侨机床厂"东亚之窗"文化创意园改造设计实践为例,提出城市更新改造的必要性,并从建筑设计、景观设计和城市规划方面入手,探讨改造设计手法及面对的问题。

This article use the reconstruction design for The Cultural and Creative park ＂ Window of East Asia＂ by Quanzhou Zhongqiao Mechanical Factory as an example, put forward the necessity of the renewal of the city, and starting from the architectural design, landscape design and city planning, to explore the transformation of design methods and problems.
