摘要
装配式铝合金房屋的极限承载力受初始缺陷的影响明显。文章分析了材料、制造、安装及使用情况等因素,发现初始几何缺陷为该类房屋的主要初始缺陷;随后进一步通过对比计算确定了几何初始缺陷的合理限值,并基此建立了装配式铝合金房屋的有限元数值模型,采用一致缺陷模态法分析了风荷载和雪荷载等控制工况下初始缺陷对装配式铝合金房屋结构承载力的影响程度。
Ultimate bearing capacities of aluminum alloy prefabricated structures were highly influenced by initial imperfections. Material, fabrication, and employment of such structures were analyzed in this paper, and it is found that initial geometric ilnpeffection was the most important initial imperfection affecting bearing strength of such structures. Furthermore, values of initial geometric imperfection were deter- mined based on calculations. On this foundation, finite element model of aluminum alloy prefabricated structures were established, and based on consistent imperfect buckling analysis method, effects on bearing strength for controlled working cases of wind load and snow load were analyzed.
