大学生创新训练项目的实践与思考

Thinking and practice of students' innovation training project

大学生创新训练项目的全面实施,有助于推进以教师为主导、学生为主体的创新教学模式改革,培养高素质的创新人才。介绍了中国矿业大学在大学生创新训练项目的立项、组织、执行和管理方面的情况,从学生和教师2个方面,分析探讨了项目实施中存在的问题和困难。结合项目实践,从其他本科教学环节、高校教师激励机制、研究生教育体系、本科生导师制建设等方面提出了若干改革措施。

With implementation of students＇ innovation training （SIT） project for undergraduate students, the emphasis for learner-centered teaching mode reform was played on students while teacher only plays a leading function. The setting up, organization, execution and management of the SIT project in China University of Mining and Technology （Beijing） are introduced. From the viewpoint of teachers and students, the difficulty and problems encountered are discussed. According to my experience of an instructor in the project, the renovation measures are proposed for linkage to other teaching program, motivation system for colleges, the education system of graduate students, and the construction of tutorial system for undergraduates.
