摘要 分析了安全保障技术的不足和安全管理需求的迫切性,将互联网技术和实验室的安全管理有机地结合,提出了面向高校实验室的安全监控保障技术。根据功能需求设计了基于摄像头的实验室监控和基于门禁控制管理的模块架构,讨论了其关键技术与解决方案。以实验室和设备预约信息为基础共享数据,通过门禁控制实验室的人员出入,采用摄像头监控实验室内的状况,从而有效地解决实验室安全问题。 The shortcoming of the existing safety assurance technology and the urgency for the demand of safety management are analyzed. Based on the combination of the Internet technology with the laboratory safety management, the assurance technology for safety monitoring and control is proposed for the university laboratories. According to the functional requirements, the laboratory monitoring and control by the camera and the modular architecture based on the access control management are designed, and the key technology and solution are discussed. Based on laboratory and equipment booking information, the data is shared, the laboratory personnel access is controlled through the access control, and the laboratory indoor condition is monitored by the camera. In this way, the laboratory safety problem is effectively solved.
