摘要
以马铃薯青薯9号脱毒苗为材料,研究了不同光照周期对马铃薯试管薯形成的影响。结果表明,在无激素的MS固体培养基上,10 h/d的光照周期试管薯结薯效果最好,产量为1 019.1 mg/瓶,平均结薯1个/株,单瓶结薯率为92%,其中大薯率26%,中薯率54%。
Using Qingshu 9 as material to study the photoperiod influencing on potato microtubers.The results showed that on hormone-free MS solid medium,lO h/d photoperiod had the best effect,yield was 1019.1 mg per bottle,arerage tubers number was 1 per plant,tuberization rate was 92%, big microtubers rate was 26%, medium microtubers rate was 54%.
