摘要
在前期开展乐昌含笑多点种源家系试验的基础上,通过嫁接方法建立基因收集库,收集保存乐昌含笑育种材料,调查分析基因收集库中植株生长情况。结果表明,嫁接成活率可达83.39%,能达到较好的建库效果;接穗径向粗度、接穗高度2个生长性状的统计分析表明,基因收集库中的基因型存在显著的遗传差异,显示出丰富的遗传多样性;盒状图分析结果表明,同一基因型中的不同嫁接株也存在一定的差异。基因收集库的建立对乐昌含笑今后的遗传改良研究有积极的作用。
Based on the early research of provenance and family trial of Michelia chapensis Dandy,grafting was adopted to establish a gene collection library for the preservation of genetic material of Michelia chapensis Dandy.Results obtained from growth analysis of plants in gene collection library indicated that the grafting survival ratio was as high as 83.39%.The difference of diameter and height of the grafting was reached high significant level,which showed abundant genetic diversity.Boxplot analysis also indicated different grafted plants with the same genotype appeared some differences.The establishment of gene collection library has positive role for genetic improvement of Michelia chapensis Dandy.
