京津冀医保互通障碍及对策研究

文章结合京津冀协同发展等方面的需求论述了实现医保互通的必要性,简要介绍了现阶段京津冀三地为医保互通所做的努力,并针对政策实施过程及我国医保事业发展现状中存在的阻碍医保实现互通的主要障碍,提出诸如破除属地坚冰、医保互认、资源配置等方面的对策建议。

This article discusses the necessity of realizing medical insurance exchange by the demand of joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and hebei, briefly introduces the efforts made by Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei at the present stage for the exchange of medical insurance, In view of the main obstacles hindering the realization of medical insurance exchange that exist in the policy implementation process and the current situation of China＇s medical insurance development,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as getting rid of the regional control, territorial health recognition, resource allocation and so on.
