福利彩票社会责任体系建设框架设计

文章研究福利彩票社会责任体系建设的相关问题,从社会责任发展历史以及福彩社会责任现状角度出发,对其关键要素进行研究。从社会责任理念认知、治理方针以及建设目标三个角度给出总体的建设框架。从福彩公益事业要求的五个方面出发研究落实社会责任建设的关键步骤,立足于战略要求对公益事业进行实施,并借助各种宣传手段辅助社会责任建设落地宣传。

This paper studies the related issues and the key elements of social responsibility system of welfare lottery from the perspective of social responsibility development history and the status quo of social responsibility. The article gives the overall construction framework from three perspectives of social responsibility, including concept cognition, governance policy and construction goal. Finally, the paper provides the key steps of the construction of social responsibility from five requirements of the lottery public welfare, and help the construction of social responsibility publicity landing through various publicity measures, based on the strategic requirements of real-time for public welfare undertakings.
