知识管理视角下的高职大学生创新创业教育模式研究——以社会工作专业为例

高职院校培养的人才,是以建设、生产、管理和服务第一线的高水平技术技能型专门人才,在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代,更应该大力培养学生创新创业素质,引导学生从被动适应社会到主动适应社会。为提高高职创新创业教育的效能,对高职大学生的创新创业教育模式进行研究,是很有必要的。为此,文章以K学院社会工作专业为例,结合高职大学生认知规律和创新创业教育现状,以知识管理理论为指导探讨新形势下高职大学生创新创业教育模式。在多年实践后,文章的结论认为,在知识管理视角下,高职大学生创新创业教育模式,需要进行多维化设计,构建一个梯级化教育体系。在创新创业教育的具体实施过程中,既要贯彻知识管理的理念,也要与高职的实际情况相结合,同时也不能脱离学生所学专业的实际。

The talents trained by higher vocational colleges are the high-level technical and skilled talents with the first line of construction, production, management and service. In the ＂public business, innovation＂ era,we should vigorously cultivate innovative quality of students, guide the students from passive to active to adapt the society to the society.In order to improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to study the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of Higher Vocational College Students.Therefore, this article is based on the professional social work K College as an example, combined with the status quo of higher vocational college students cognitive law and the innovation and entrepreneurship education, the objective is to explore the new situation of Higher Vocational College Students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in the knowledge management theory. After years of practice, the paper concludes that in the knowledge management perspective, innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of higher vocational college students, we must have multi dimensional design and construct the education system of a cascade. In the specific implementation process of innovation and entrepreneurship education, we should not only carry out the concept of knowledge management, but also to the actual situation and the combination of higher vocational, and cannot be separated from the students＇ professional practice.
