摘要 教师证国考对在校师范生的职业技能水平提出了更高要求。如何帮助学生提升从业能力,顺利通过国考,是当前高等师范院校需面临的新课题。本文基于数据调查与分析,得出英语专业师范生在实习前后,个人教学效能整体水平均获得明显提升。因此,作为培养合格教师的重要组成部分,能否优化教育实践和管理,在一定程度上可以促进职前培训的效果,有利于提高学生的技能和水平,顺利通过教师资格证书考试。 The National Examination for Teachers' Qualification poses strict requirement for normal students in colleges and universities in their professional skills. The way to help students improve their professional ability, and pass the examination and acquire teachers' qualification is a new challenge that normal colleges and universities are faced with. Based on investigation and data analysis, the paper finds that normal English majors' teaching efficiency gets promoted in general after education practice. Thus, the optimization of education practice and its management contributes to the effects of pre--service training to some extent. It may also improve students' skills, which in turn helps them pass the national examination for teachers' qualification.
