林木良种基地档案工作存在的问题及对策

国家对林木良种基地的投入不断加大,给良种基地发展带来前所未有的机遇,生产、科研、良种推广利用等方面都迈上历史新台阶,成效显著。但良种基地档案工作一直处于薄弱环节,仍然存在着重视程度不够、无章可循、基础设施落后、人才匮乏等问题。该文提出加强领导重视、统一规范制度、加强设施建设、注重人才培养等建议,切实推进林木良种基地档案工作。

The state＇s investment in the breeding base of forest trees has been increasing, which has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of improved seed base. The production, scientific research and the promotion and utilization of fine varieties are on a new stage of history. However, the work of the seed base archives has been in a weak link, and there are still many problems, such as： the degree of attention is not enough, there is no chapter to follow, the infrastructure is backward, the lack of qualified personnel, and so on. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the leadership, standardize the system, strengthen the construction of facilities, and pay attention to personnel training. Effectively promote the work of forest seed base archives.
