摘要
现阶段对危化品仓库温度的控制大多数还停留在人工检测与调节的方式,若控制不及时一旦发生事故危害极大。为解决控制方式滞后,智能化与自动化程度不高的问题,进行了温度控制设计并建立系统数学模型,以热力学理论为基础,系统模型通过负反馈机制与逆循环制冷调节温度,应用Matlab图形化设计功能对危化品仓库进行了建模与仿真研究。结果表明:该恒温系统的稳态误差小于1℃,误差率小于2%,温度控制效果满足要求。控制方式较其他危化品仓库的温度调节有显著的优势。
Abstract: At present the warehouse still takes the way of human detection and adjustment to ensure the warehouse tem- perature normal, if it be not controlled timely before the event of accident happens it will cause great damage.For the sake of solving the problems of the lagging control method and the low intelligent and automation degree , this article based on the thermodynamic theory carries on the temperature control design and sets up the system model for the warehouse , the system model uses the negative feedback mechanism and the carnot refrigeration to adjust the temperature and applicates the Matlab graphical design function to model and simulate the warehouse design.The simulation result shows that the constant temper- ature system works steadily and the error scope is less than 1 ℃, the error rate is less than 2 0%, the constant temperature control system meets the result better than other modes.
