摘要
本试验对海拔4500米的藏北高原那曲绵羊和海拔3000米的藏南谷地林芝绵羊进行了部分血液生理常值的对比研究。测定了红细胞总数、红细胞压积、血液总量、血红蛋白含量与电泳分析、血清蛋白含量与电泳分析等。结果表明:世居高海拔的藏北高原那曲绵羊,其红细胞总数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、血液总量均极明显高于世居较低海拔的藏南谷地林芝绵羊(P<0.01),而其红细胞容积的立方微米数值较小,红细胞内血红蛋白的平均重量较轻。两个不同海拔高度藏绵羊血红蛋白(Hb)均含有HbA、HbB和HbC3种变异体,显现出HbAA、HbAB、HbBB和HbAC4种基因型;并发现高海拔藏绵羊HbAA、HbAC基因型频率和Hb^A、Hb^C基因频率均极显著高于较低海拔藏绵羊HbBB基因型频率和Hb^B基因频率,HbAB型频率亦随海拔高度的升高而下降。
This experiment comparatively studied some hematologic values of sheep from Naqu-county (4500m above sea level) , situated on the Northern Tibet Plateau and Linzhi county, located in the River Velley region (3000m above sea level) of the Southern Tibet, determining the erythoryte count, hematocrit, total blood volume and amounts of hemoglobin and serum proteins.This experiment also conducted electrophoretic analyses of hemoglobin and serum proteins.The results showed that the erythroryte count, hematocrit, total blood volume and amount of hemoglobin of sheep from Naqu county with high altitude were significantly higher than those of sheep from Linzhi county with lower altitudep(P<0.01)and that the mean corpuscular volume and the mean corpuscular hemoglobin of sheep from Naqu county were smaller than those of sheep from Linzhi county.The hemoglobin (Hb) of both sheep from the two different altitudes contains three variants-HbA, HbB,and HbC,showing four genotypes, HbAA; HbAB; HbBB and HbAC.The frequence of HbAA; HbAC and HbA; Hbc allele of sheep with high altitude was apparently higher than the frequence of HbBB and HbB allele of sheep with lower altitude.The frequence of HbAB decreased as the altitude increased.
